Embedded Development Engineer

Responsibilities
1. Research and development, solution development of product for the software part.
2. Customized development based on customer requirements for the software part.
3. Assist customers in defining protocol details for the communication part of products.
4. Conduct regular technical training for the company's sales team.
5. Assist customers in pre-research of product solutions and the introduction of new products.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronics, automation, IoT, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in industrial embedded software development, skilled in using C/C++, IAR, Keil, with good programming habits.
3. Ability to understand hardware circuit schematics, excellent software and hardware debugging skills, proficiency in developing common MCU, MPU, implementing specific peripheral driver and software functions.
4. Familiarity with common interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet, USB.
5. Proficient in reading English&Chinese technical documents and chip manuals.
6. Familiar with the product development process, able to write various types of documents.
7. With 3-5 years or more practical work experience, independently completed entire software projects, familiar with software architecture, embedded operating system architecture, understanding of basic concepts such as compilation, linking, optimization, debugging, performance, and stability. Proficient in common RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS) and has experience in system porting.
8. Familiar with mainstream industrial control protocols, such as MODBUS-RTU, MODBUS-TCP, TCP/UDP.

Customer Sales Manager

Responsibilities
1. Strive to learn the technical knowledge of the company's products to apply them proficiently in future work.
2. Regularly fulfill quantified work requirements under the leadership and supervision of superiors, independently handle and resolve assigned tasks.
3. Based on the company's sales strategy, communicate with superiors to develop reasonable monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and submit implementation plans to the company.
4. Develop customer resources through various means such as online, telephone, exhibitions, or responding to customer inquiries, collect potential customer information, and track and maintain customer relationships.
5. Negotiate customer needs and product prices, sign sales contracts, guide, coordinate, review accounts and records related to sales services, and coordinate all transactions that arise during cooperation, such as transportation.
6. Provide professional consultation to customers, address complaints related to sales and services.

Requirements
1. College degree or above, with more than one year of sales experience. Bachelor's degree or above is preferred, and candidates with many years of sales experience are preferred.
2. Outgoing personality, warm and sincere in dealing with people, passionate about the sales industry.
3. Flexible mind, quick response, strong communication skills, affinity, and a good sense of customer service.
4. Responsible, diligent, able to withstand considerable work pressure, and willing to challenge oneself.
5. Possess analytical and judgment skills. Stay calm, composed, and have a global perspective when facing challenges.
